Lectures by a wide variety of artists, scholars, and critics are a regular part of the WMA activities and always free and open to all.
Films
Filmmaking is an important artform that parallels the visual arts. Films can provide important bridges into complex subject matter exhibited at the museum and vice versa. The WMA offers a variety of film series to engage viewers to dig deeper regarding the content of work in the museum. Films are free and open to all.
Group Tours
The WMA provides free group tours by appointment to classes, clubs, and community groups. Led by Museum Educators, a guided tour will provide your group with a wealth of information and insight into the exhibitions on view at the WMA.

K-12 School Tours
School tours are a great way for students to visit the museum and have a fun and engaging experience at the museum. Led by our Gallery Associates, tours are tailored to the age group and subject matter interest of your students. Grants are available to cover transportation expenses.
